Accident at Tutong Highway

An accident involving two cars occurred at the Tutong Highway in front of the Public Works Department (PWD) building at Tutong late Satruday evening (28 May 2011,Saturday). The accident which occurred around 5:55pm saw two car bumped into each other thus causing damage to both cars which are heading to Tutong Town. A team of police personnel from the Tutong Police Station and Traffic Police Highway Patrol rushed to the scene to direct the traffic and assist the victims. Fortunately no injuries were reported during the accident. Meanwhile few minutes later, a car broke down few meters from the accident scene at the highway right lane, to assist the driver the Traffic Police Highway Patrol rushed to escort the broke down car until it is safely moved from the highway.
