Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Medical Reception Service (MRS) operates several Ford Transit domestic ambulance, this ambulance is the first batch of ambulance replacing the older Volkswagen LT. The equipment onboard the RBAF domestic ambulance is nearly the same as the Ministry of Health EMAS ambulance.
