An accident involving a saloon car and a four wheel drive (4WD) vehicle occur recently (30 June 2011, Thursday) near the Mumong Roundabout, Kuala Belait. The accidents occur around 10am when most part of the country are affected by the heavy rain. One of the car are badly damaged while the 4WD vehicle only suffered minor damaged. A team of police personnel from the Kuala Belait Rapid Response Squad (STS) rushed to the scene to direct the traffic and assisting the victims. No injuries are reported in the accident. In relation to this the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) would like to advised road users not to tailgate cars and drive cautiously especially during the rainy season which currently occur at the country.
