Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Fire and Security Services operates several Rapid Intervention Vehicles (RIVs) in their fleet. Among it are the Mercedes Atego with SK Fire bodyworks Rapid Intervention Vehicle (RIV). This appliance is fitted with the Buffalo series bodyworks and carry a 1,000 liters tank and 120 liters foam tank. A remote control turret is fitted at the fire appliance roof for first attack role. This Mercedes Atego used to be based at Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) base at Rimba before being replaced by the latest Mercedes Actros RIVs.
