Trees uprooted in Jalan Duta

Several trees and its branches scattered around Simpang 336, Jalan Duta in Berakas last Monday night (30 September 2013, Monday. The incident occurred after several trees uprooted due to the windy and heavy rain weather which occurred across the country thus blocking the road. A team of firefighters and two fire engines from Berakas Fire Station and Women Operation Unit rushed to the scene after they receive emergency call around 9:55pm. The firefighters had to clear the area cautiously as they worked under the heavy rain and they managed to clear around 30 minutes time.
