A minor bushfire occur tonight (4 May 2012, Friday) at the
forested area near Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) water tank. According to
an eyewitness who pass by the scene the fire are set to be started around 8pm.
A team of six firefighter in a fire engine from Rimba Fire Station responed to
the scene after they receive emergency call from the public. They managed to
extinguish the fire in 10 minutes. The
fire is suspected to be caused by dry weather.
