An accident involving five cars occurred late afternoon last
Tuesday (3 July 2012, Tuesday). The accident occurred around 5:20pm when
workers as well as school students are heading back to their homes. During the
accident all the five cars involved in the accident are heading to Kuala
Belait. All the five vehicles suffered minor damage to the front and rear
section. Fortunately no injuries are reported in the accident. A team of police
personnel from the Belait Rapid Response Squad (STS) are rushed to the scene to
direct the traffic which are caught in a traffic congestion due to the
accident.
